We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 2 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate other clients.

A $25 cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation is made outside the 2 hour notice. 

To notify us of your cancellation, you may text/call (859) 684-7636 or email collinsnotarystudio@gmail.com. Please notify us of your cancellation 2 hours in advance.   

If you wish to reschedule, you can do so within 2 hours of your appointment without incurring the cancellation fee or any additional charges. 

If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice or arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a "no-show." In the case of a no-show, we will send you a reminder about the missed appointment and provide an opportunity to reschedule.

No Shows are ineligible for a refund and will need to schedule and pay for a new appointment.
