    We exclusively offer mobile and remote online notary services, and we do not have a physical business location that accommodates walk-ins. While appointments are preferred as they allow us to provide prompt and personalized service, we understand that urgent situations can arise. With a special focus on after-hours availability, including evenings and weekends, or by appointment, we ensure flexibility and accessibility for all your notary services and document authentication needs.

    In mobile notarizations, we will travel to your desired location, such as your home, office, coffee shop, or another mutually agreed-upon venue. This can be particularly beneficial for clients with busy schedules, mobility challenges, or those seeking notarizations for multiple parties at the same location.

  • Are there any additional fees for mobile notary services?
    Our mobile notary fees start at $60 and includes the cost of up to 4 notarizations and travel within 10 miles from the notary. There may be additional fees for mobile notary services to cover additional travel expenses and the convenience of providing service at your location (e.g., emergency appointments, after-hours services). These fees will be discussed and agreed upon before the appointment is confirmed.
  • What is a remote online notary, and how does remote online notarization work?
    A remote online notary is a certified notary public who performs notarizations for documents through a secure video conferencing platform over the internet. With this service, you can have your documents notarized from anywhere, eliminating the need to visit a physical location. During the remote online notarization process, our notary will verify your identity using appropriate identification methods, witness the signing of the document electronically, and attach an electronic notary stamp to the document, all in real-time through the online video session. Remote online notarization offers convenience and accessibility while maintaining the legal validity of the notarized documents in compliance with relevant state laws and regulations.

    Typically, you can expect to pay between $35-$200 depending on the notary service and your document's requirements. In most cases this includes any convenience and travel charges.
  • How long will it take to notarize my document?
    An average notarization takes 30 minutes, sometimes less.
