REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Collins Notary Studio for your document authentication needs. We value your time and strive to provide you with exceptional service and ensure your satisfaction throughout the notarization process. However, we understand there may be instances where our services did not meet your expectations.
This policy outlines the circumstances under which we can offer a refund and it may be amended from time to time in accordance with changes in regulations and our business practices.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only possible under the following conditions:

1) Appointment Cancellation or Services Not Rendered: If providing 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation, any payment made in advance will be eligible for a refund.
If you have paid for a service that was not performed due to our error or inability to provide the services, a full refund will be issued.

2) Clerical Errors: If there is a clerical error made by our notary (e.g., incorrect date, misspelled name, etc.) we will offer a correction at no additional charge. If a correction is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Cicumstances
The nature of notary services typically makes them non-refundable, especially in cases such as:

1) Client Error: Refunds are not granted for errors arising from incomplete or incorrect client-provided information.

2) Change of Mind: Services completed cannot be refunded due to a change of mind after notarization.
Requesting a Refund
Submit refund requests via email to collinsnotarystudio@gmail.com within 3 days of the original payment date. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account, noting that timeframe may vary based on your financial institution.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability in the event of an error is limited to the cost of the service provided.
