Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel, we request a minimum 2 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. ​ By communicating changes promptly, you help us provide the best service to you and others. Cancellation Policy & Notice: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 2 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate other clients. No-Show Policy: If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice or arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a "no-show." In the case of a no-show, we will send you a reminder about the missed appointment and provide an opportunity to reschedule. ​ No Shows are ineligible for a refund and will need to schedule and pay for a new appointment.
