Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel, we request a minimum 2 hours notice. No-Show Policy: If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice or arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a "no-show." In the case of a no-show, we will send you a reminder about the missed appointment and provide an opportunity to reschedule. ​ No Shows are ineligible for a refund and will need to schedule and pay for a new appointment.
